This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ListingLab AI (operated by Three Six Nine Holdings LLC) at listinglabs.cc.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital products.

Once a purchase is completed and the download link has been delivered, the product is considered fully delivered, regardless of whether you have accessed or downloaded the files.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Our products are digital, downloadable files that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be "returned" — once you have received the download link, you have permanent access to the content. Offering refunds for digital products that have already been delivered would not be fair or sustainable.

We also invest significant time and resources into creating our products, and offering refunds after delivery would enable misuse of our intellectual property.

Exceptions

While all sales are final, we may consider refunds at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product due to a technical error, contact us within 30 days with proof of the duplicate transaction, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

Technical Delivery Failures

If you did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase and our support team is unable to deliver the product to you, you may request a refund.

Before requesting a refund for delivery issues, please:

  1. Check your spam/junk email folder
  2. Verify you provided the correct email address at checkout
  3. Contact us at hello@listinglabs.cc so we can attempt to redeliver your product

In the vast majority of delivery issues, we can successfully redeliver your purchase. A refund is only considered if redelivery is not possible.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, please contact us immediately at hello@listinglabs.cc AND contact your bank or card issuer. We cooperate fully with fraud investigations.

Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at hello@listinglabs.cc before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. In almost all cases, we can resolve the issue directly.
